Flying Bach

Astilla partnered with Red Bull and other local artists in the Washington, DC community in support of "Flying Bach," a creative endeavor to  combine classical with the athletic abilities of breakdancing.  The creative performances combined classical music and urban culture.

Seven Deadly Sins 

As Vice President of Jukebox Castle, Astilla collaborated on a multi-sensory experience in his hometown of New Orleans. All five senses were indulged through the artistry of New Orleans' best and innovative talents, including chefs, dancers, musicians, visual artists, and mixologists. Each aspect of the performance was inspired by Kurt Weill's "Seven Deadly Sins," with each dish and cocktail paired to interpret each sin.
